Hoagland Commercial Realtors manages and sells commercial properties in the Louisville, KY Metropolitan area. Their end users are business owners looking to expand, or begin, their companies.

Hoagland had been a loyal client to FASTSIGNS, and they asked me to redesign their branding. Previous branding was dated, and old signage was cluttered due to lack of contrast and visual hierarchy.

Client continued using existing logo; the logo was not updated during the rebrand.

Although I stopped working at FASTSIGNS in 2018, Hoagland has continued to order signage from FASTSIGNS using my branding. The updated signage continues to inform Hoagland’s clients and generate profit for Hoagland.
